WE NEED YOUR HELP!
As most of you know, our goal for the Capital Campaign is $750,000. We came to this number by calculating what it would take to get a mortgage for the new property.
It turns out our calculations were right on the mark.
So far we have raised $546,531. We are very grateful to everyone who has contributed so far. But it also leaves us $203,469 short of our goal.
CAN YOU HELP?
We have learned that we will need to raise the entire $750,000 to obtain the mortgage. That means we need to raise $203,469 more.
Can you help us meet this need with an additional donation or an acceleration of your pledge? Our deadline is February 15, 2021.
Please keep in mind that our mortgage payment will be very close to what we already pay for rent. It might even be less.
If we obtain the mortgage, we also obtain a building and five acres in one of the fastest growing areas in Florida.
Most important, we can fulfill our calling to Jesus Christ.
