St. Peter Orthodox Mission meets in the Holiday Inn at Town Center (next to City Furniture) located in the northeast quadrant of the I 75 and Alico Road interchange.

From I 75 going south: Exit Alico Road, go East (left), turn left at Chik-Fil-A restaurant, bear left to hotel.

From I 75 going north: Exit Alico Road, go East (right), turn left at Chik-Fil-A restaurant, bear left to hotel.

From 41 (Tamiami Trail) going north or south: East on Alico Road, go under the I 75 overpass, turn left at Chik-Fil-A restaurant, bear left to hotel.
